Easy to miss on street with a narrow pavement, inside it’s a long thin low ceilinged micro. Various separate drinking areas at the front leading to a wider rear area with mostly bench seating and the counter. Eight pulls with three on the go (Black Iris, Lincoln Green and Titanic Plum Porter) due to plague plus four national kegs. The rear area appears to be the locals favourite spot. More sanitisers than the average hospital, it’s another place that insists on doubling up the NHS App with its own paper trail.

Strange place that must have been a house before. Small room to the left. Woodburner to right and a piano to the left. Bar right to the left rear with some reasonable real ales and countless boxes of cider, all bar two were flavoured not by apples. I had a decent perry which went down well.

This is a long narrow shop conversion with the bar counter at the rear. There is a small snug just to the left as you enter. The seating was low tables and chairs and the barmaid put a Best Of Fleetwood Mac CD on after I sat down. This is a decent sized micropub that wasn't too busy on my early Saturday afternoon visit.
The seven hand pumps had two unused, Black Iris Snake Eyes, Grasshopper Nymph, Titanic Plum Porter, a house beer and rather oddly Marstons Pedigree.
I went for the Titanic Plum Porter (£3.00) which was excellent.
I lied this one and would definitely return.
